This past Friday Jackson graduated from Kindergarten! so very bitter sweet seeing he’s our baby. It was such a cute program. The kids sang some really cute songs. He is so excited to go into first grade! (so is mommy) LOL! This fall for the first time in 14 years I will be a empty nester since all our boys will be in school ALL day!!! I feel I deserve some “ME” time after all these years from raising them through conception to kindergarten! lol I will miss my little errand buddy but I’m sure I will get SO much more done every day without having to make a third or fourth trip to their school. You’ll have to watch the videos and see how much Jackson really get’s into the songs! LOL we all know how he loves to sing!

DC TRIP
Alec made it back safely last Monday evening from his Washington DC trip. He had SOOO much fun!! He loved it!!! His favorite was of course him laying the wreath at Arlington. He was not impressed with the Holocaust museum much at all. He said he was half sick after that tour and was to upset to eat dinner that night. This trip was such a great opportunity for him and such a wonderful experience!!!
Here are some pictures I put together in a college that he took and others took. His history teacher is putting together a dvd for us with tons of pictures and with Alec at Arlington laying the wreath with about 17 min. of video. What I have to share is just what other’s took for me.

WASHINGTON DC…. Here comes Alec
This Monday the 13th Alec fly’s to DC with 21 other students from his 8th grade class from school. He’ll be gone till Thursday night. He is SOOOOO very excited to go! they have a packed day every day!!!!!! They are visiting the Washington Monument, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, Kennedy Center, White house, Arlington National Cemetery, Holocaust Museum, Gettysburg, US Air Force Memorial, the Pentagon Memorial, the Capitol and SO much more!!!!!! His History teacher has chosen 4 students to participate to lay the wreath on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery!! Alec is one of the 4 chosen! Such a high honor!!! He is just ESTATIC!!!!!!!!!! I am very sad that I can’t be there to whiteness such a honor!!! However the teacher’s have told me they will take pictures and possibly video. We are SO proud of Alec that he was chosen!! He had to write a paper to his history teacher telling him why he wanted him to chose him. Here is the letter Alec wrote him.
Dear Mr. Little,
I am really looking forward to our trip to Washington D.C. I’ve researched some information about the Tomb of The Unknown Soldier, The Changing of the Guard and how the ceremony takes place. I have been learning about the many wars the U.S. has been involved in. Although war is sad and harsh, I am a Patriot and believe in our nation and protecting our Liberties. As you know my Grandfather served and fought in the Vietnam War. I would be deeply honored to participate in the Wreath Laying Ceremony that we’ll be involved in.
Thank you for considering me.
Sincerely,
Alec Moody
SHOW CHOIR, SPRING CONCERT
The other night Alec had his final performance at school for Show Choir. All the kids did such a good job!! he’s really enjoyed show choir this year that he just recently tried out for it again next year. Here is a short video from one of their songs they sang.

LAGOON IS WHAT FUN IS…
After Drew’s soccer game on Saturday he went to Lagoon with his best friend Bryce. He said he had TONS of fun. Drew is our CRAZY NO FEAR child so he will go on anything and everything. He loves almost all of the adult rides!! He’s such a crazy wild fun child!!
SOCCER SOCCER AND MORE SOCCER…..
3 out of the 4 boys play soccer every Spring and Fall. Thank gosh Jackson currently doesn’t want to play or that would make 4 boys in soccer and trying to get them to their practices during the week in addition trying to get to their games every Saturday. It’s hard enough with just 3. Every Saturday we are at games ALLLLL day long. So long for getting much accomplished on Saturday’s till June. Drew makes some goals quite often. He loves to play. Here are some pictures of Chan and Drew from Saturday’s game.
SPRING IN OUR FRONT YARD
Spring is SO pretty here in Utah that I had to take some pictures the other day of the Cherry Blossom tree in our yard. With the flowers off of that and some off of other trees I put together a fun bouquet to last and smell a few days.
