MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE

SEEING SANTA

Yesterday I finally took the two younger boys to go see Santa.  He was a good Santa and it was cute with him set up in a little cottage house. Drew rattled off everything to him that he wants. Jack tried to remember everything he wanted to tell him.

21 WEEK ULTRASOUND

I had a Dr. apt. this morning for a check up and ultrasound.  My blood pressure seems to be doing ok since I’m on medication for that. Doesn’t need to be adjusted right now. I still have to continue to take it here at home every other day and document what it is. The baby looks great!! Doesn’t seem to have any birth defects and she’s growing perfectly! and yes she’s still a girl!!   First time in 21 weeks I don’t have to return in 2-3 weeks, I don’t have to go back till 4 weeks.  After that though it might be a different story. Just taking it one week at a time!! Here are some pictures from today’s ultrasound.

DECEMBER

UTRASOUND WITH PERINATOLOGIST

Since I am “old” and have hypertension with this pregnancy I have to have a ultrasound twice with the Perinatologist at the hospital.  They have to check EVERYTHING in detail on the baby to make sure my high blood pressure isn’t interfering with the baby’s growth because it can.  Also to make sure the high blood pressure doesn’t cause preeclampsia.  So I will have another one of these ultrasounds in 4-6 weeks.  Today’s went great!! baby was moving a ton and her brain, growth and organs all looked great!! AND she’s still a girl!!!!!! WHOOOO HOOOO!!! It’s pretty scary with this pregnancy with all the extra tests and specialists I have to see but they are keeping close tabs on me and the baby.  I need to stay pregnant till at least 24 weeks! After 24 weeks if I do develop preeclampsia then they have to take the baby! hopefully it wont come down to that at all!! Hopefully the earliest they need to take her is March! Here are just a few ultrasound pictures from today and just a few seconds of the ultrasound.  The whole ultrasound was 30 min. long!

JACK TURNS 7!!

Our baby (well baby for 4 or 5 more months) turned 7!!! I can’t believe our baby is 7!! he is SO cute and loveable!!! He is by far our loudest boy and loves to sing and swim! He has brought such joy to our lives and we love him SO very much!!!

BABY MOODY IS A.........

A few days ago I had my normal Dr. apt. and I talked the Dr. into doing a ultrasound. Towards the end of the ultrasound he looked for the sex and told us he didn’t see any boy parts!!!!!! saw only girl parts!!!!!!! so he’s sure it’s a girl!!!!! We are ECSTATIC to say the least!! I sorta had a feeling it was a girl due to this pregnancy being so different from when I was pregnant with the 4 boys. I was still shocked that my intuitions were right!! The boys are THRILLED to death!! they wanted a sister SO bad! Now I go back to the Dr. in 3 weeks and then again 2 weeks after that for the “big” ultrasound where they check everything on the baby. They are still seeing me more then normal due to my high blood pressure. The Dr. mentioned if it came down to it they may have to take the baby really early due to my blood pressure, like in Feb. or March even! or I may have to go on bed rest. He said we will just have to watch and see. Of course we are hoping none of that has to happen! So after my apt. the other day I hurried and went and got pink balloons, went home and painted a pumpkin all in an hour so I could have it all ready for when they boys got home from school so they could see what the sex of the baby is. DREW’S LAST SOCCER GAME

This past Saturday was Drew’s last soccer game for the fall season.  He scored 1-2 goals in almost every single game!! He’s really grown at soccer this year!! he’s done SO good! Their team went undefeated all season!! They won on Saturday 5-1! here is a video of Drew scoring a goal at Saturday’s game. He’s #8.

Here are some pictures from yesterday and last night.  I helped with Jackson’s Halloween party at school.  The kids had such a good time.  The boys got SO much candy last night it’s just sickening!!! They loved dressing up.

This past weekend we finally had nice weather so we went up American Fork canyon and took about 100 pictures of the boys.  We missed most of the colors.  We were able to find some spots that still had bright beautiful colors.  Most of the pictures turned out really cute.  Here are just a few.
