This past weekend we went up to American Fork canyon one last time to barbeque and to enjoy the fall colors! It was sooooo very pretty up there!!! they were packed with people out driving viewing the fall colors and picnicking like us. It was in the low 70’s up there so perfect temp! Here are some pictures I took, sorry if there is a lot I couldn’t decide which ones to post because they are all so pretty!! Utah is just beautiful in the fall!!
This past Saturday night Andy and my dad took the boys to go see a “real” soccer game so they of course went to see Real Salt Lake play against Portland. They thought it would be fun for them to see how the pros play since 3 of the boys are currently in soccer. They seemed to have a great time!
Last weekend we took the boys to the Utah State fair. The boys had a lot of fun. It was really hot though!! They loved riding all the rides! Drew loves the fast adult rides! he is crazy!!! He went on the adult rides with Alec where Chandler and Jackson did more of the kiddy rides together. Not sure if we will go again next year but we can say we’ve gone before! :)
The other night Andy and I went on a date to Sundance. We decided on doing a picnic with yummy sandwiches, fruit, a gourmet cheese and crackers. Andy got such a cute picnic basket with all the fixings. After our dinner we rode the ski lift, it was a full moon that night and on nights in the summer when their is a full moon they have ski lift rides. Certainly much different riding the lift at night then during the day that’s for sure!! It was so pretty up there with the colors changing and it had just rained that day right before we got up there so it was all damp and it smelt really good!!
